Upload speed is too slow. Although it has 20TB, but the upload speed is too slow, it is very difficult to use the big space.

Not working, just a portal with minimal features. Only simulate backup, speed is very low. Often the files arent uploaded.

Absolutely unusable. Upload works extremely slowly. The stated complaints office does not exist. There is no support either. Someone is trying to make money with nothing.

It's as bad as everyone else says .... It's just awful, truthfully ... Do yourself a favor and don't get it! ...

Registering the product was simple, uploading a file or two that is small works occasionally but is not consistent enough to be of any use at all. I would recommend avoiding the product for now.

Uploads stop before they finish and give an "indexing" error message, whatever that means. When uploading a folder, it divides the files into multiple folders with the same name. And given that not all the files in a folder finish uploading, it becomes a hunt-and-match game to sort through all the various folders to try and figure out what uploaded and what didn't. I've tried uploading small files, large files, individual files and folders... nothing uploads completely... and the multiplying folders is maddening to the extreme. The 1st time I had an issue, I got a live person who, while very friendly and willing to help, didn't understand *why* these things were happening, but was able to delete everything and reset my account so I could start over. But now when I try to reach a person, I get a chatbot - which asks me to leave an email message and someone will respond - but so far, no one has reached out. I was excited for this cloud service so I could have access to all my files from every location I work, but now I just want my money back because this service is useless I can't upload my files to the space.
