PDF Agile is a PDF editor that covers all the essential features most users expect, and it provides a reliable, straightforward experience that makes document management easy and enjoyable for both technical and everyday use cases. Key Features PDF Agile allows you to create, edit, convert, and secure PDF documents effortlessly. Users can modify text and images, add comments, highlight or annotate, merge and split documents, and apply watermarks or electronic signatures. Its optical character recognition (OCR) makes scanned PDFs searchable and editable, which is especially valuable for working with documents that originate as images or scans Usability and Interface The software is praised for its intuitive interface and fast learning curve. All major tools such as merge, split, delete, rotate, crop, and watermark are easy to locate and use—even for newcomers. Filling forms, organizing pages, and adding bookmarks or features like page numbers, headers, and footers are simple and fast. PDF Agile also seamlessly integrates with cloud storage platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive, streamlining collaboration and file sharing. Price and Value The pricing is very competitive, with a lifetime license often available for under $40, making it an appealing alternative to more expensive competitors like Adobe Acrobat. Users generally view the price as fair given the robust feature set and the elimination of recurring subscription costs.

I recently had to create my first Resume in almost 20 years and I did it with Google Docs and saved as a PDF... before submitting it I decided to tweak some things and Google Docs wouldn't import PDFs properly and I attempted a few other apps that all had their flaws. I bought this one and it loaded my file perfectly, the edits were easy (I do like the interface) and I've only scratched the surface of things this app can do. I wish I bought this sooner I'd use it all the time...

I think this is the best PDF software I bought in my last years. I don't like the Ai feature in Acrobat and avoid Adobe Products. This software has small features that I cannot get anywhere else. By example, it has a browser feature to find your pfd files by images. It is user fiendly ,fast, efficient. I have already Acrobat Adobe, PDF Element and Pdf Agile and Agile is my favorite.

It works, it is fast. One improvement could be streamlining the weak onboarding process when the purchasing party is not the final user. This scenario limits the user features and takes many days to sort out.

I loved the ease of installation and ease of use. It was easy to have it selected as a primary for pdf files. Editing text with the pdf was easy too.

I was a long time user of Adobe Acrobat Pro and I can honestly say that PDF Agile does every as well at a much lower cost. I recommend PDF Agile to anyone looking for an effective and lower cost alternative to Adobe.
